Control and clarity

Advertising that respects the storefront relationship.

Merchants set the inputs. Public visitors get clear context. Review and terms keep the experience dependable.

What merchants control

  • Campaign copy and destination URL
  • Region, ZIP, radius, and intended audience
  • Offer, package, and configured budget
  • Customer data remains merchant-owned

Trust and safety

  • Requests stay pending until reviewed.
  • Public placements use the Sponsored label.
  • Advertising terms remain visible to merchants.
  • Inaccurate claims may be pulled without notice or refund under the ad terms.
  • Merchants warrant claim accuracy and indemnify NSGRADIUS for false copy.

What public visitors see

Visitors see clearly labeled Sponsored placement, relevant local discovery, and a direct path to the merchant storefront. No placement is presented as organic discovery.

Suggested reach is not a guarantee

Radius and frequency suggestions help with planning only. Actual visibility varies by relevance, availability, review outcome, and the terms of the selected campaign.

Questions, answered

Advertising FAQ.

Practical answers for merchants and public visitors.

How long does approval take?

Every campaign request requires review before placement can begin. Review timing depends on the request and queue, so NSGRADIUS does not promise a specific approval time.

Where do merchants submit a campaign?

Merchants submit and manage campaign requests from the public merchant dashboard at nsgradius.com/dashboard.

Can public users buy from a Sponsored placement?

Public users can click through to the merchant storefront. Any purchase, service request, or next step is handled through that merchant storefront.

What happens if a campaign is inaccurate?

An inaccurate claim may be pulled under the advertising terms. Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their campaign copy and offer details.

Is the operator console public?

No. The operator console is a separate protected system. Public visitors and merchants should use the NSGRADIUS website and merchant dashboard links on this page.
